Anti-gB Porcine Pseudorabies Virus Antibody PRV Rapid test is based on sandwich cross-flow immune chromatography.The test device has a test window for observing the test operation and the result readings.Before running the test, the test window has an invisible t( test) area and an C(control) area.When the processed sample is applied to the sample hole on the device, the liquid flows horizontally through the surface of the test strip and reacts with the pre-coated PRV GB antigen.If there are anti-PRV-GB antibodies in the sample, there will be distinct T-lines.The C line should always be displayed after the application example, which represents valid results.By this method, the device can demonstrate the presence of anti-GB swine pseudovirus antibodies in the sample.

Strage and stablity

The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.

Test Procedure

Collect cattle’s fresh whole blood, and get the serum or plasma specimen for use. Immediately apply the testing once collected the specimen.

Take out the test device from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
Place 2-3 drop (around 70-100uL) of serum or plasma specimen into the sample hole. Start timer and wait for result.
Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 15 minutes is considered as invalid.
