Principle
The Rapid test kit was used to detect GIA/CRYPTO/ROTA/BCV antigens. After the diluted sample is added to the sample hole of the test paper card, the antigen is specifically bound to the colloidal gold-labeled antigen GIA, CRYPTO, ROTA or BCV monoclonal antibody. The formed complex moves along the chromatographic film and is captured prewrapped by corresponding monoclonal antibodies on the chromatographic film, forming a wine wine detection line at the jam. If no GIA, CRYPTO, ROTA or BCV antigen exists in the sample, no visible line is formed at the T position. In addition, a C line is designed in the system to verify the effectiveness of the experiment. Whether the result may be negative or positive, the line should be colored, otherwise the result will be deemed invalid.
Strage and stablity
The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.

Test Procedure
Collect cattle’s fresh whole blood, and get the serum or plasma specimen for use. Immediately apply the testing once collected the specimen.
Take out the test device from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
Place 2-3 drop (around 70-100uL) of serum or plasma specimen into the sample hole. Start timer and wait for result.
Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 15 minutes is considered as invalid.
