Pinciple
The Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus Antibody Rapid test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatography. The test equipment has a test window for observing the analysis operation and reading the results. Before running the analysis, the test window has an invisible T (test) area and a C (control) area. When the processed sample is applied to the sample hole on the device, the liquid will flow laterally across the surface of the test bar and react with the pre-coated PRRSV antigen. If anti-PRRSV antibodies are present in the sample, a visible T line will be displayed in the view. The C line should always be displayed after the sample is applied, indicating that the result is valid. In this way, the device can indicate the presence of porcine breeding and respiratory syndrome virus antibodies in the sample.
Strage and stablity
The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.

Test Procedure
Collect cattle’s fresh whole blood, and get the serum or plasma specimen for use. Immediately apply the testing once collected the specimen.
Take out the test device from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
Place 2-3 drop (around 70-100uL) of serum or plasma specimen into the sample hole. Start timer and wait for result.
Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 15 minutes is considered as invalid.
