Canine CPV CCV CRV Combo Test Kit is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay, use for testing Canine Parvo virus, canine coronavirus and Rotavirus. It is Triple combo test card, can test three kind virus at the same time,  quickly and very easy.

For Canine Parvo:When dogs are infected with canine small, symptoms such as lethargy, weakness of limbs, frequent vomiting and diarrhea, loss of appetite or even extinction, as well as increased body temperature and difficulty breathing, usually occur. A sick dog's vomit will be white, gray-yellow, or green, and the stool will be bloody and foul-smelling.

For Canine Coronavirus: The symptoms of dogs suffering from coronavirus are similar to those of small dogs. In the early stage of the disease, dogs will show symptoms such as lethargy, lethargy, loss of appetite, vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms. Later, they will lose weight due to dehydration, blood in the stool, and electrolyte disturbances. treatment may cause death.For Canine Rotavirus:Puppies mostly show sudden onset, diarrhea, yellow-green porridge-like feces, occasionally with a small amount of blood in the anus contaminated by feces. During the entire onset process, the sick dog's appetite and spirit were slightly worse, which was different from other viral infections and could provide a preliminary diagnosis for the clinic. If there is no secondary infection, it will gradually recover in about 1 week. Once there is secondary infection by bacteria or other viruses, the condition will be significantly aggravated, severe dehydration will occur, body temperature will drop, heart rate will increase, and the outcome will be death.

The clinical symptoms of adult dogs are not obvious, mostly subclinical infection

Principle

Canine CPV CCV CRV Combo Test Kit is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay, use for testing Canine Parvo virus, canine coronavirus and Rotavirus. It is Triple combo test card, can test three kind virus at the same time,  quickly and very easy.

Strage and stablity

The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (18 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.

Test Procedure

-Collect dog’s ocular, nasal or anus secretions with the cotton Swab and make the Swab wet sufficiently.
-Insert the Swab into the provided assay buffer tube. Agitates it to get efficient sample extraction. 
-If using serum or plasma specimen, use the dropper to collect the specimen. 

-Place 3 drops of serum or plasma into the assay buffer tube for dilution. The diluted sample is used as sample extraction. 
-Take out the test card from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
-Suck the treated sample extraction from the assay buffer tube and place 3 drops into each sample hole “S” of the test card. 
-Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.

INTERPRETATION OF ASSAY RESULT

- Positive (+): Whether the T line is clear or fuzzy, the "C" line and the region "T" line are present.

- Negative (-): Shows only the sharp C line. No T line.

- Invalid: no color lines in zone C. Whether the T line appears or not.
